The K2007 at Düsseldorf will be held on 24~Oct.31 2007. It is the world largest and the most professional plastic industry show. The global market for the plastics and rubber industry spread across 168,000 square metres. More than 2,900 companies will showcase their latest developments for all industry segments in Düsseldorf.
Fu Chun Shin (FCS) displayed “ FCS CAP 16/28 “ high speed cap production system in K2004. The system comprises an FCS AD-150 injection moulding machine cycling at 4.5 seconds with a 16 cavities mould and a Fu Hsian Industrial FS-CB250 bottle cutting machine. It could produce 9 million caps per month and attracted the attention during the show. In K2007, Fu Chun Shin will focus on the precise optical product. The AF-30 Hybrid Injection Molding Machine will demonstrate the production of Aspheric lens for Mobile Phone Camera. The mold is provided by the MIRDC.
AF-30 was designed by adopting PRO/Engineer and the structure was analyzed by using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to make sure the machine’s durability. The new web-base controller was co-developed by Fu Chun Shin and RKC (RKC Instrument Inc., controller maker in Japan). It was featured with big LCD screen and friendly operating interface. With the controller, the machine can work repeatedly and stably.
AF series, Hybrid injection-molding machines, combine the features of hydraulic and electric structures. On one hand, it offers the accuracy and energy-saving features of all-electric structures, and on the other, it offers the high torque output of hydraulic set-ups. In other words, hybrid machines offer lower capital outlays compared to all-electric ones, and yet are able to lower energy consumption, improve precision, lessen pollution, and reduce noise level, problems that are associated with traditional hydraulic machines. In addition, AF series is featured with AC Servo Motor for feeding material, Close Loop design with Moog Vale for precise machine motion, oil free toggle structure for clean production and high rigid clamping structure for high-speed producing. In spite of reducing energy consumption, its injection speed can reach 700 mm/sec. AF series is suitable for producing thin wall product and precise electric components.
