The A-Pack IML Turnkey Solution could be applied to all kinds of beverage cup, such as milk, tea, coffee, juice, and water. FCS IML Solution consists of 4 components including AF series, hi-speed hybrid close loop injection molding machine, hot-runner mould, product stacking system and label inserting system.

In order to pursuit high speed and stability, Fu Chun Shin develops AF series hi-speed close loop injection molding machine with excellent hydraulic and electric hybrid technology, which adopts ESD and bi-loop, with feeding and mold opening/closing simultaneous, shorten cycle time and save energy. AF series is equipped with ACC and injection close loop control, which ensures stability and provides injection speed up to 500mm/sec. Therefore, it is optimal choice for multi-cavity thin wall container molding.

The label handling machine of A-PACK IML Series adopts modular design, which ensures quick and easy format changes according to customer’s needs and then make the production flexible. What’s more, this system is equipped with tri-axis servo drive robot, which is fast and precise. And the mould on A-PACK IML Series is high rigidity and suitable for hi-speed production. Fu Chun Shin can also provide operation and maintenance training for technicians to make sure the system work well.
