China International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries, “CHINA PLAS” for short, which started since 1983 and keeps upgrading the scale and quality continuously. It has become Asia’s Top 1 and the world’s third plastics & rubber trade fair. 2010 CHINA PLAS will be held during 4/19~4/22 in Shanghai New International Expo Center, Pudong, PR China, which will be expected to have about 1,900 well-known exhibitors from 35 countries and areas, and attracts more than 110 countries, 75,000 professional visitors.

 In 2010 CHINA PLAS, FCS will show high technical machines including “Two components injection molding machine, FB Series”, “New Energy-Saving Double Modes Injection Molding Machine: FD-SV”, “A-PACK In Mold Labeling Turnkey Solution”, and “High Speed Cap Production Turnkey Solution”.

1. A-PACK IML Turnkey Solution

 This is a new IML system developed by FCS and will be first debuted in 2010 Taipei Plas. FCS values Chinese market and its developing food & packaging industries, therefore, the whole system will be moved to CHINA PLAS right after Taipei Plas. Compare with the last model, this new system improves the producing efficiency, and even evolve into a multi-function label supply module for both vacuum and static label absorbing. FCS A-PACK IML Turnkey Solution could be applied to all kinds of beverage cup, such as milk, tea, coffee, juice, and water, which consists of 4 components including AF series, hi-speed hybrid close loop injection molding machine, hot-runner mould, product stacking system and label inserting system. The system is a highly efficient production line. For example, to produce 200cc Round Cup with 4 cavities, the cycle time could be as short as 5 sec, and the throughput could be around 2 million cups per month.

2.Two Components-Servo Power Saving Injection Molding Machine：FB-SV Series

FB-SV series employ the single-cylinder injection structure and assures stability of the machine. It adopts Japanese high efficiency motor and pump control technology. Under ideal situation, the energy saving could be 40% better than various pump and even 70%~80% better than traditional pump. It assembles patented locking systems to assure the rotary table turning to accurate position. FB-SV series can reach the maximum clamping force of 1420 tons and are suitable for producing all kinds of two-component products such as mobile-phone parts, tool handles, pens, automotive lamp cover, etc. This series also can be equipped with closed loop serve valve (optional), which has high response and high repeatability.

3. FD-SV series

This is a new system that FCS developed for energy saving. It accomplishes high energy saving, high precise, high response, low noise, and easy to be controlled. Since the motor only works when necessary, it won’t create extra heat and that will lower the oil temperature. In addition, the hydraulic oil even doesn’t need to use extra power to cool down, and all of these help the machine to save more energy. The machine also adopts highly sensitive pressure feedback equipment, and the close loop design helps the machine move more precisely and stably.

4. High Speed Cap Production System: AN Series

The system includes triple loop injection molding machine, “AN-200”, and “32 cavities mould”. The triple loop design enables the injection machine to do mold opening, product ejecting and material feeding at same time. The cycle time could be shortened to 5 seconds for 32 cavities in one time and the monthly output could be more than 12 million caps.
